The service

Rides By Adam is a private driver service. Adam is the only driver. This is not a taxi, limousine company, or rideshare marketplace. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking and payment

Fares are quoted before you confirm. Credit card (Stripe) is the default and is required when pickup is within 24 hours. Venmo and Cash App are available only when pickup is more than 24 hours away. Pay by Venmo or Cash App at least 24 hours before pickup. Unpaid requests are cancelled then. The quoted fare is due as stated at booking.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are not refunded. Reservations made 24 hours or less before pickup require a credit card and are nonrefundable.

Cancel from Find my trip using your name and confirmation number, or contact Adam at (913) 274-9344. You may also change pickup time, flight details, or notes from Find my trip before Adam is on the way. Pickup and dropoff addresses cannot be changed on the same reservation.

No-shows

If you are not at the pickup location and Adam cannot reach you after a short wait, the reservation is treated as completed and is not refunded.

The car and passengers

Rides are in a Toyota Prius, up to four guests. Airport rides allow up to four bags. Child seats are not provided; you may bring and install your own. This vehicle is not a wheelchair van. Service animals are welcome. Folding walkers, canes, and similar aids are fine if they fit with your party and bags.

Airport pickups

At Kansas City International (MCI), Adam picks you up outside baggage claim at the designated shuttle/rideshare pickup area. At Downtown Airport (MKC), meet at the FBO listed on your reservation. Adam will reach out about an hour before pickup. If you booked for someone else, he calls the passenger.

Conduct

Adam may refuse or end a ride if a guest is unsafe, abusive, or would damage the car. Illegal activity is not permitted in the vehicle.

Text messages

If you check the box on the booking page, Rides By Adam may text the mobile number you provide about that reservation: confirmation, pickup, and payment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not shared with any other business. Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
