Look up a reservation.

Enter the first name, last name, and confirmation number from the confirmation email. If the ride was booked for someone else, either the booker’s or the passenger’s name works. You can review details, change the pickup time or flight info, pay, cancel, or book this route again from there.

Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of pickup, a refund will not be issued. Last-minute bookings (24 hours or less) are paid by card and nonrefundable. If you are not at the pickup location and Adam cannot reach you after a short wait, the reservation is treated as completed and is not refunded.
